To celebrate the Queen’s platinum jubilee, there are various events scheduled in Primrose Hill this weekend.

The main jubilee event is the Primrose Hill Royal Garden Party in and around Chalcot Square on Sunday 5 June from 2-5pm. 

There will be all manner of entertainment happening throughout the afternoon, such as live music and children’s activities, including crown making!

Bring along a picnic to share with friends, non-alcoholic refreshments will be free, or buy from the beer stall or Pimms stall. There will be plenty of cakes on offer and you can even bake one if you’d like to contribute. There will be prizes for the best-looking and best-tasting ones!

Put the date in your diary, and come and join your neighbours to celebrate the Queeen’s platinum jubilee in style.

As in previous jubilees in the area, there are street parties being organised, so check if your street will be having one, or arrange your own!

Be aware that there may be some road closures as a result.
